Credico is Hiring a Sales Team Leader Near Chicago, IL

Overview

Personal Fundraising Services, a leading provider of face-to-face Charity solicitation programs, is enhancing our business to now include Stewardship Services. This initiative brings proven processes and world class technology designed to enhance our Charity partners, Donor acquisition, and stewardship strategies.

The Stewardship Services program includes:

  • Enhancing the Donor Experience and Retention
  • Donor Gift Processing
  • Contact Center Activities
  • Marketing Communications
  • Client / KPI Reporting

The Sales Team Leader is a foundational role around which we will look to grow and build a successful team. You will play a critical role in the development and execution of strategies designed to enhance and extend the Donor experience and life cycle. The role requires a high performer with a well-rounded set of skills. You will become an expert in all aspects of our stewardship services, and as the business grows, recruit and manage a team. Ultimately, this position serves as the lead point of contact for our Charity clients, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of contracted services. High performance in this role can lead to a fast-track for advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Engage Donors through various channels, including voice and non-voice communication.
  • Maintain Donor support and help upgrade and elevate their donations.
  • Build meaningful relationships with Donors by showcasing the value of the Charities we support and the impact of their campaigns.
  • Engage donors through CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Present compelling stories about the charities to captivate potential donors to continue gifting/increase their donations.
  • Surpass sales targets and revenue goals to contribute towards the success of our Charity clients.
  • Act as a key contributor to the Stewardship Program and work directly with C-level management to grow the business.
  • Keep meticulous records of Donor information and sales activities.
  • Embrace ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Ensure a timely response to queries or requests from all stakeholders.
  • Create performance reports for clients.
  • Participate in internal campaign review meetings.
  • Conduct KPI analyses to ensure all performance commitments are being achieved.
  • Liaise with the PFS Senior Team to identify and address operational issues.
  • Work with a range of clients, including some of the top Charities in the U.S.
  • Offer strategy advice on how to streamline stewardship processes efficiently.
  • Upon achievement of milestones, build a dynamic team to support the growth of the PFS Stewardship business.

  • Sales skills to sell and upsell Donors.
  • Active listening skills for understanding Donor preferences.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of outbound calls.
  • Flexibility and a passion for proactively identifying process improvements.
  • Demonstrate a desire to develop and grow a successful team.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Instrumental on call center strategy execution.
  • Must possess ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Must be comfortable integrating and learning PFS internal systems.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in Call Center sales or Charitable fundraising.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelors degree preferred.
