Business Services Advisor

We're seeking confident and enthusiastic Business Services Advisor who wants to be part of a high-performance organization. In this role, you will be reaching out to potential clients across the United States that are looking to launch their own business. With that information, you get to walk our clients through the process of launching their own startup business!

Training:

• No experience? No problem! We have a thorough training program where you learn everything on what it takes to launch an LLC!
• Training is 100% paid!
• Our training program consists of working with our Corporate Trainer who is the best in the business where we build you into a subject matter expert!

Responsibilities

• Call potential customers that have inquired about our products and services to initiate first initial contact
• Possess strong knowledge of Inc Authority products and services to identify customers' needs when qualifying them
• Demonstrate an aptitude for sales to increase customer satisfaction
• Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with potential customers and internal team members
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all daily activity and customer contact

Essential Functions:

• Excellent Phone Commination Skills
• Ability to navigate a CRM System and use a headset
• Basic computer skills such as typing while using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
