This is an excellent opportunity for a person with experience in the restoration industry who is looking for a new challenge. The ideal candidate will be someone who has hands-on experience in supervising all aspects of a mitigation project and can effectively manage a team of skilled workers.Responsibilities:Support the Project Manger on all job site activitiesExecute job action plan for restoration productionAble to communicate workflow and scope of work with team members assigned to projectWork directly and lead team members to Remove/ demolish materials that cannot be restored or repaired at job sitesSupervise the crew and along with any additional subcontractors or vendors on siteUtilize truck mounted Extractor efficientlyExtract standing water if neededSet up equipment, move tools, and restock vansMaintain job site safetyWorking in confined spaces including heightsUtilization of power toolsAble to correctly identify and place drying equipmentUtilize Company software to document loss sites along side of project managerTake photos at different stages of a projectProperly use power toolsRequired Qualifications:Must have Valid Drivers' LicenseMust pass background checkMust have reliable transportation to officeAble to lift a minimum of 50 lbsFrequent walking, standing, bending, and twistingUse Email and other softwareClean shave face for use of respirator per OSHA regulationsWorking in a team environmentWorking in tight or confined spacesOn call per rotation schedule (Paid OT, 2x pay for on call/ after-hours work
