Attend clinical team meetings and professional development meetings as indicated. Provide direct services if need be in order to supervise more effectively. You are a BCBA or BCBA-D and that you are a LBA in Connecticut or willing to get licensing. That you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervision (In-home/center-based experience highly preferred). 3 years of experience working with individuals with ASD. That you have a valid Driver's License, proof of valid car insurance. Must have availability in the evenings and occasionally on the weekends (as needed).Stand, sit, twist, kneel, bend-over, crouch down, walk, and sit/play on the floor for extended periods of time as well as lift, push, and pull up to 40lbs without the assistance of another adult.BCBA Incentive- can earn up to $4,800 extra per year
