Job Duties:
· Installation of Auto-Chlor equipment in conjunction with customer wishes and prearranged plan approved by the Auto-Chlor salesperson and branch manager. Installation includes machine fit to clean and dirty side stainless steel, water hook ups, electrical hook ups, chemical hook ups, etc. leaving a clean job site with a fully operational machine.
· Adjustments in the original installation plan, when necessary, if approved by the customer and the Auto-Chlor branch manager.
· Receive cash and paperwork from the customer as outlined by the branch manager at each installation. Properly account for all funds on a daily basis.
· Insure that all installations are in accord with local codes and good operating practices.
· Inspect and test equipment before leaving customer’s premises.
· Participate in service calls as requested and in rotation with other Auto-Chlor personnel.
· Maintain equipment and parts stock on the installation truck, having all necessary items, while avoiding excess inventory. Maintain ongoing vehicle cleanliness and safety.
· Purchase supplies and parts in accordance with Auto-Chlor policy, insuring careful inventory control and competitive cost of items purchased.
· Prep and test equipment before arriving at the installation site.
· Train assigned support personnel to be fully functional as an installer. Assist in training of Auto-Chlor personnel as deemed necessary by supervisor.
· Support other branch operations as deemed necessary by Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
· High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
· Able to lift 50 pounds frequently throughout the day.
· High mechanical aptitude
· Must have a clean and insurable driving record and valid license.
· Customer service experience
