• Finalize all paperwork necessary in the car deal in a timely and accurate manner and submit to the accounting office;
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with several lending sources;
• Obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals. Collect and safeguard all money and fees required in the transactions;
• Assist in any customer claims on any of the F&I products and follow up to make sure that claim is resolved in a satisfactory manner;
• Instruct and train sales teams in proper endorsement of F&I products and dealership financing;
• Set up and maintain an adequate program which will ensure a 100-percent turnover ratio to the F&I department;
• Acquire required insurance licenses and keep them current. Maintain insurance files including policies, rates, claim forms, and procedures.
• Job Requirements:
• Previous experience in a dealership F&I Department, selling of financial services, or automotive sales required;
• High school diploma or equivalent. Advanced degree a plus;
• Ability to meet and exceed quotas according to the dealership standards;
• Valid in-state driver’s license and MVR that meets company standards;
• Strong customer service skills;
• Must be able to work retails hours which includes evenings, Saturdays, and occasional holidays, per business needs;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Wanting someone to take the customer from start to finish every time.
• Desking and Sales manager experience needed.
• We have a one price one person sales model, meaning that you are sales, desk and finance for the customer.

Pay: $56,657.97 - $186,670.22 per year
