Auto Pros Collision Center is a rapidly growing autobody shop located in Phoenix, Arizona. The autobody shop focuses on vehicle repairs and is seeking 1 full-time receptionist.

Qualifications:
· Bilingual in Spanish (required)
Responsibilities:
· Answer telephone calls from existing clients, prospective clients, vendors, and insurance carriers
· Greet clients, vendors, and insurance adjusters
· Sort, distribute, and scan mail, incoming faxes, and documents related to a client’s vehicle
· Assist estimators with clerical work and filing
· Set up files for new clients
· Contact clients and provide them with updates on their vehicle repairs
