Auto Rental Resource Center (ARRC) is a membership-based organization that offers independent auto rental businesses the resources and support they need to succeed and grow. From insurance needs for their fleet to car rental software, training for owners and their staff, vendor networking access, and much more, we work closely with our clients to understand and meet their needs.
We are currently seeking a Member Services Administrator to bolster our support for both existing members and our internal team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service to prospective and current members alike. Key duties include managing all aspects of billing, ensuring the accurate processing and posting of payments, and documenting member fleet changes as required.
Given the administrative nature of this position, proficiency in office procedures is paramount for success. Additionally, a solid grasp of basic accounting principles is essential, particularly regarding billing procedures and payment processing. Because this is a support role, your workday will be spent in the office with your team; remote work is not available.
