Luther Used Car Company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Reconditioning Auto Technician-Used Car Tech to join our team in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.

As part of our growing used car dealership, you will be responsible for performing reconditioning services on our inventory vehicles.

This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a flexible schedule and the opportunity to earn a great salary through a base plus commission pay structure, paid weekly.

Responsibilities :

• Perform thorough and efficient reconditioning services on used vehicles
• Diagnose and repair any mechanical issues or minor cosmetic damages on used vehicles.
• Follow used car reconditioning checklist to ensure all necessary repairs and inspections are completed.
• Communicate with management and other team members on the progress of vehicle reconditioning.
• Assist with other tasks as needed.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience as an automotive technician or in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Basic mechanical skills and understanding of automotive repair.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
