Role: Repair and Replacement Technician
Location: Opportunities Nationwide
Salary: Up to £30,500 (depending on experience) plus uncapped bonus paid monthly.

The OpportunitySkillsOur aim is to make sure that every customer has a great Autoglass experience. You will adhere to the right fitting standards (both Belron standards and standards set by the Institute of the Motor Industry), while keeping customers informed and remaining open, professional and personable at all times. - Learn about other Autoglass products
- Actively develop your skills and knowledge
- Support and mentor new team members
- Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) to include LIDAR and RADAR (desired)
- IMI Accreditation Autoglazing Level 2 (or NVQ equivalent) (desired)
- Must hold a full driving licence to include Category B, Light Commercial Vehicle >3,500kgs
- Uncapped bonus, paid monthly
- Pension – up to 10% employer contribution based on 5% employee contribution
- Death in service 4 x salary (if not in pension 2 x salary)

- 28 days annual leave
- Discount on windscreen repair or replacement
