Maintenance Supervisor

To help us drive excellence, you'll get to:

• Provide direct leadership and supervision for hourly maintenance technicians.
• Provide leadership and constructive feedback for all direct reports including mentoring, coaching, counseling, and corrective action, when situations dictate.
• Provide technical knowledge of robotic welding assembly and servo press manufacturing.
• Promote a leadership style that encourages positive morals, ensures team concepts, and expands Maintenance Technicians knowledge while continuously maintaining production goals.
• Responsible for maintaining maximum levels of utilization and efficiency of capital equipment on the shift.
• Provide key input into the development of the department's strategic business plan along with identifying and tracking key measurables to support the business plan goals.

This salary role is a part of our Maintenance Team and reports to the Maintenance Manager.
Required experience:

• HS Diploma/GED required. Associate or higher degree preferred.
• 2 years as a Maintenance Supervisor; consideration for 3 years as Team Lead of Maintenance Technicians in a robotic manufacturing environment.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, team building, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical knowledge of robotic welding assembly and/or servo press manufacturing.
