We are looking for a talented and experienced Inside Sales Representative who wants to develop a long and profitable relationship with our company. We represent a unique product, which is fun to sell. We have developed a database of leads, and a CRM along with a customized work flow and email templates which identifies the contacts who are interested in our product. The email templates allow our sales reps to organize our contacts into a sales funnel and create orders. We offer a commission on orders obtained. 

Responsibilities

· Go through company sales training program and guides to understand the product

· Understand customer needs and requirements-we will train you regarding our market

· Qualify and assign status of new sales opportunities through CRM and workflow by making outbound inside sales calls

· Respond to contact requirements with appropriate response and follow up emails-training will be provided

· Develop proposals based on in-house configurator

· Forward proposals to contacts and follow up

· Once order is obtained turn process over to company order fulfilment 

· Develop sales funnel and become an expert in working who CRM dashboard and report development-training will be provided

Requirements

· Proven inside sales experience

· Track record of over-achieving quota

· Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

· Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

· Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

· Strong listening and presentation skills

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

· Work from home
