Responsibilities:

• Supports and maintains leaves of absence and accommodations for a multi-state operation
• Provides support and guidance to HR management team
• Compiles and assists with complex data reports and summaries

• Minimum three to five years' leave administration required
• Experience with ADP (i.e., Workforce Now) strongly preferred
• Excellent MS Excel skills - pivot tables, vlookups, complex spreadsheets, etc.
• Strong reporting background and understanding of HR processes and data analytics required
• High degree of technical ability and problem-solving skills
• Professional, well-developed oral and written communication skills essential for interacting with current employees
• Meticulous attention to detail, commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and professional ethics and ability to work independently and take initiative when required
• Bachelor's degree business administration or related field required
