We are looking for an experienced CNC set up and operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Haas CNC mills and lathes, be able to read and interpret blueprints, and have a strong understanding of the principles of machining. The candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, performing quality checks on finished products, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during production. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in machining to work in a clean shop and for a well-organized company that offers flexible hours to fit your schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines in accordance with safety regulations.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of production and quality control.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines.
• Troubleshoot machine problems and make necessary repairs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and other personnel.

Pay will depend on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Experience:

• Blueprint reading: 1 year (Preferred)
• using calipers and handtool: 1 year (Preferred)
• Precision measuring instrument: 1 year (Preferred)
• CNC Machining: 1 year (Required)
• CNC lathe and mill operating: 1 year (Required)
• CNC lathe and mill setup: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Novi, MI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
