Automation Controls, Inc. is Hiring an Outside Sales Account Manager Near Baton Rouge, LA
Company with a 35 year history servicing customers in the gulf south Industrial Electrical Market is looking for a qualified Outside Account Manager to cover the Baton Rouge and surrounding area. Prefer residence be in Baton Rouge or surrounding area. Candidate will be responsible for scheduling and marketing themselves to help promote our current listing of products to serve our existing customers in the industrial market as well as seeking out new business. Applicants with knowledge of Motor Control Centers, Power Transformers, Relay Protection, and Variable Speed Drives will receive preference. Previous relationships with industrial customers in the area will also receive preference.
Responsibilities
- Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
- Service existing industrial clients
- Effectively demonstrate product line to customers
- Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer account management with strong track record of success.
- Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
- Reside in the greater Baton Rouge Area.
