Automation Personnel Services is Hiring an Administrative Coordinator Near Mc Calla, AL

Automation Personnel Services is looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator for a company based in McCalla, AL.
In this role, you will primarily be responsible for Human Resources/ Administrative tasks within the business. You will be responsible for various administrative functions, such as but not limited to copying, shredding, and filing. You also may be organizing and managing payroll time sheets, auditing records, and greeting customers.
Pay Rate
$17.00 - $18.00 an hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday
8:00am to 5:00pm : overtime as needed to accomplish business objectives
Administrative Coordinator- Duties and Responsibilities
Perform administrative tasks for the Business Support Unit, supports Safety, General Affairs and Human Resources
Assist with Security administration and badging system.
Manage historical data and documents for audits.
Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods.
Provide general administrative support—copying, scanning, and filing.
Manage and organize records.
Assist Human Resources with SAP Time Administration and files.
Assist with administrative reporting/invoicing for benefits administration and 401K reporting
Prepare relevant reports as needed.
Administrative Coordinator- Qualifications and Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
At least 2 years of Human Resources/ Administrative experience or related office experience
Ability to work independently.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong Computer skills
Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
Comfortable with office equipment (copier, fax, scanner, telephone, calculator)
Strong attention to detail
Strong time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Effective problem solving and documentation skills
Ability to translate critical information for inputting into database software
Preferred Education & Experience
Associate degree in business related field
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Working conditions are 90% in office environment, 10% in production environment
