Automation Personnel Services is Hiring an Apartment maintenance Near Tuscaloosa, AL
HVAC Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working HVAC Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician for a company based in Tuscaloosa, AL.
In this role, you will primarily be responsible for general upkeep of residential buildings.
Pay Rate
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm.
HVAC Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities
- Repair toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains
- Repair and paint cabinets and sheetrock
- Repair wiring, plugs and switches, install and maintain all alarms
- Schedule repairs that warrant special technical skills
- Keep communal areas clean
HVAC Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician Qualifications and Requirements
- Prior experience in apartment maintenance or in a similar role
- Electrical or HVAC experience is preferred
- Available to be on call and work weekends if needed
