Customer Service Job SummaryAutomation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Customer Service for a company based in Grapevine, TX.
In this role, you will primarily be responsible for handling claims, data entry and lots of talking on the phone, and be able to handle situations.
Pay Rate : $17.00 per hour.Schedule : Monday through Friday 6 : 00 am to 2 : 00 pm. OTCustomer Service Duties and Responsibilities :
- Handling claims.

- Outbound calls 20-40 per day
Customer Service Qualifications and Requirements :
- Excel and Office Suite experience or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and communications skills
- Must be detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Drug screen and Background.
