Overhead Crane Operator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Overhead Crane Operator for a company based in Huger, SC. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for efficiently and safely handling materials in the context of shipping, receiving, inventory management, and fulfilling customer orders. Pay Rate
$22.00 per hour Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday,500 am to 130 pm.1 30 pm to 9 30 pm Overhead Crane Operator Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely and efficiently
- Unload and receive inbound stock shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all necessary paperwork
- Handle materials according to color coding and customer specifications; ability to use measuring devices accurately
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks securely and safely, including chaining and tarping trailers as needed
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics team members to prioritize and fulfill customer orders promptly Overhead Crane Operator Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience as a crane operator and loader, preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting is a plus
- Valid certifications for operating overhead cranes and forklifts is preferred
- Ability to interpret and complete paperwork accurately
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions Job Type
