Sr. Software Engineer
Objective:
The Sr. Marketing Technology Software Engineer will work with Marketing Technologies, Graphics and developer teams to elevate best-in-class marketing operations and content. The role will be primarily responsible for architecting, developing and implementing application-based systems that will allow the company to advance Marketing-focused content initiatives.Flexibility in design and implementation are given to this role and it is expected that the role will understand and fulfill the full stack needs of this system. Efficiently sees all projects through from start to finish (Plan - Build - Test - Deliver - Release - Deploy - Launch - Stabilize - Operate - Monitor).Works under limited supervision performing work which requires a tremendous amount of creativity, eye for detail and talent.
Responsibilities:

• Creating custom marketing technology platforms and/or applications that align with ADCs existing structure and allow for scaling and growth
• Design, test, analyze, coordinate, and execute using agile methodologies for modifications to existing and new systems
• Assisting MTA and Graphics groups with Marketing Automation Technologies
• Actively monitor and identify problem trends
• Suggest and implement ideas for system and technology improvements
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Required - Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Computer Programming or MIS related field or 7 years as Software Developer
• Required - Strong knowledge of and web development experience with Java, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3
• Required - 5 years of experience in front-end and back-end development with proven ability in using various tools and technologies, such as MuleSoft, ETL, RESTful APIs, SOAP, XML, JSON, etc
• Requires Responsive Web Design experience/working knowledge
• Preferred - Experience with Bootstrap
• Preferred - Experience in working with agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, Jira, Git, etc.
• Preferred - Experience with Python.
• AB Testing experience a plus
• Google Analytics and Google Data Studio experience a plus
• Media queries and browser developer tools knowledge a plus
• Adobe Creative Suite knowledge or similar content and design and development platform knowledge a plus
