Position Summary: The Process Automation Engineer will be responsible for planning and executing the migration to paperless processes, leveraging their knowledge of DeltaV Batch. The role involves integrating DeltaV with MES ensuring smooth data exchange and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration from paper-based to digital processes using DeltaV Batch.
• Develop and implement strategies for electronic batch records (EBR) within the DeltaV system.
• Integrate DeltaV with MES, ensuring smooth data exchange and interoperability.
• Utilize Tulip to create applications that support the paperless transition.
• Apply SEEQ for advanced process data analysis and visualization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and compliance with industry standards.
• Provide training and support to operational staff on new digital processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Emerson's DeltaV system, including advanced knowledge of DeltaV Batch.
• Proven experience in leading paperless migration projects in industrial settings.
• Familiarity with MES integration and data exchange protocols.
• Experience with the Tulip platform and SEEQ is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
