JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process all in-state title work through DDI efficiently and accurately
- Prepare any title work that requires walking into the SCDMV for processing
- Maintain a log to track outstanding tag/title work and ensure timely completion
- Post daily invoices for all work processed through DDI
- Contact auctions/banks to follow up on any overdue titles
- Assist with additional clerical duties as assigned
- Previous title experience is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with relevant software and databases
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Health Insurance: After 60 days of employment, the company provides health insurance coverage, with $260 paid by the company monthly
- Vision and Dental Insurance: After 60 days of employment, vision and dental insurance coverage is provided
- 401k: Eligible for enrollment after 1 year of continuous employment
- Critical Illness Coverage: Coverage provided
- $10,000 Life Insurance Policy: Provided
- Disability Coverage: Provided
The salary range for this position is $17 - $19 per hour, based on experience.
