Automotive Parts Manufacturer is Hiring a Quality Control Specialist Near Hogansville, GA

Responsibilities

  • Implement quality checks about both incoming materials and outgoing products.
  • Evaluate production samples for conformance to customer’s specifications.
  • Assist in development of Standard Operating Procedures in the plant
  • Work with production to solve customer / product issues as necessary
  • Lead and assist in investigations for product complaints
  • Develop countermeasures to prevent non-conformance issues
  • Create, organize and maintain QC / QA documentation.
  • Apply statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the processes and process change
  • Communicate effectively with customers and deliver the documentation Required to customers. (Knowledge about APQP and PPAP)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Bilingual in Korean Required
  • Skill with Microsoft office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong detail-oriented, time management, and organizational skills
  • Skill reading and understanding 2D & 3D drawing in terms of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
  • Skill in assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks and demands
  • Skill in working within deadlines to complete assignments
  • Skill in identifying and recommending solutions to problems
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relations with co-workers
