Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Service Advisor at AutoNation Acura North Orlando. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing customer-focused service, handling aftersales inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will communicate with customers to understand their service needs and coordinate service appointments. The Service Advisor will work closely with the service team to provide timely and accurate service updates to customers.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Aftersales experience, dealership advisor experience highly preferred
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• CDK/CDK Service experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Knowledge of Acura vehicles and their features is a plus
