Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Provide detailed information on features, benefits, and specifications of vehicles.
  • Sales Process:
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to final purchase.
  • Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
  • Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing options to close sales deals.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, models, and features.
  • Attend training sessions and maintain a thorough knowledge of inventory.
  • Customer Service:
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Prepare and process necessary paperwork for vehicle sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
