As an Internet Sales representative, you will play a crucial role in driving online sales and expanding our customer base. **Duties:**

- Manage online sales inquiries and leads efficiently to drive conversions

- Utilize various digital channels to engage with potential customers and promote products

- Develop and maintain relationships with online customers through effective communication

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from online inquiries to in-person visits

- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

- Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers

- Implement strategies to enhance the online shopping experience and increase customer satisfaction

- Answer incoming calls

- Take payments from customers over the phone and in person

**Experience:**

- Strong customer service experience

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a passion for exceeding sales targets

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Basic math skills for order processing and calculations

- Familiarity with sales CRM systems

- Knowledge of phone etiquette for effective customer interactions

Pay: $32,000.00 - $39,000.00 per year
