Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Marketing and Advertising Specialist to oversee all aspects of our marketing and advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.)
• Create compelling content for website, social media, email marketing, and advertising materials
• Manage and optimize our social media accounts to increase engagement and followers
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Coordinate with the ALL teams to develop effective marketing strategies that align with business objectives
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as necessary
• Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources
• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies when needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
• 3 years of experience in marketing and advertising, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• MUST Be Creative and Content driven!!
• MUST HAVE experience producing and editing video
