Overview: As the Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you'll lead the development and implementation of strategic marketing campaigns to boost engagement, enablement, and revenue growth across our partner ecosystem. This pivotal role demands a seasoned marketing professional with expertise in partner marketing and outstanding communication skills. Key Responsibilities:Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic alliance partners, acting as the primary marketing contact.
  • Collaborate with the sales, partner, and marketing teams to support global partner marketing efforts.
Performance Analysis:
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Work with leadership to identify and prioritize strategy, focus partners, and develop tailored marketing plans to support joint business goals.
Partner Enablement:
  • Build and deliver marketing enablement programs and materials to equip partners with the tools and knowledge they need to successfully market and sell AutoRABIT solutions.
  • Build a cadence of regular training sessions and webinars to keep partners updated on product improvements and industry trends.
  • Lead the partner portal to ensure a simple, intuitive, and consistent experience for partners.
Campaign Management:
  • Plan and build scalable co-marketing programs that can be leveraged by partners, including joint events, webinars, digital marketing initiatives, and content creation to generate revenue and foster engagement.
  • Plan, build, and execute co-marketing programs with select strategic alliance partners.
Content Development:
  • Partner with the global marketing team to develop high-quality marketing content, including case studies, white papers, blog posts, and social media content, to support partner initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all partner communications.
Event Management:
  • Coordinate and manage partner participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Organize partner summits and other exclusive events to foster engagement and collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • 8 years of partner marketing experience in B2B SaaS/enterprise technology companies.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching partner campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute results-driven partner marketing programs.
  • Experience in planning and executing partner webinars, tradeshows, and field marketing events.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for effective project management.
  • Self-motivated and adept at working independently, with the ability to communicate effectively with remote management.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking skills, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Periodic travel may be required.
  • B.A. or M.A. or MBA or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and grasp complex technical concepts.
Salary range for this role is $140,000-$170,000 per year depending on experience
Must be living in and eligible to work in the United States
