Job Description:

As a Store Manager you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations and overall success of the business. You will be responsible for managing a team of skilled technicians and ensuring that the shop operates efficiently, delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of automotive technicians and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Customer Service: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of shop operations, including inventory management, scheduling, quality control, and compliance with industry standards.
• Financial Management: Monitor and manage shop finances, including budgets, sales, and expenses, to achieve profitability goals.
• Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
• Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Safety: Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automotive repair or service management, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in shop operations, including inventory control and financial management.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving business goals.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education preferred).
