Responsibilities:

• Type and process sold vehicle paperwork for the sales department, dealer trades, and wholesales
• Breakdown deals
• File any papers necessary for billing office
• Costing
• Swaps
• Titles
• Paying off trade vehicles
• Organize necessary forms
• Prepare title documents
• Provide accounting support to management team.

Requirements:

• Previous Automotive experience is strongly preferred
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Holds confidentiality in high regard
• Maintains a professional appearance and atmosphere in the office
• Communicates effectively and professionally with internal staff and external customer
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Excellent Analytical Ability
• Must be accurate with regard to math and numbers
