Autosport Acura is seeking a qualified candidate for an administrative position in our Accounting Office.

Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable will be their priority, but other dealership accounting functions may be applicable. This is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Process sold vehicle paperwork for the sales department, dealer trades, and wholesales
• Breakdown deals
• File any papers necessary for billing office
• Costing
• Titles
• Paying off trade vehicles
• Organize necessary forms
• Provide accounting support to management team.

Requirements:

• Previous Automotive experience is required.
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Holds confidentiality in high regard
• Maintains a professional appearance and atmosphere in the office
• Communicates effectively and professionally with internal staff and external customer
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Excellent Analytical Ability
• Must be accurate with regard to math and numbers
