About the Role:
At Autura, we’re all about the team and looking for individuals who embody empathy, ambition, and a strong team spirit. Right now, we’re looking for a FP&A Analyst to join our Finance Department. As the FP&A Analyst you will focus on delivering financial planning and analysis support to various business units and senior management. This role entails preparing and reviewing budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, profitability analyses, financial modeling, and reporting. Additionally, the role will engage in strategic initiatives and overarching projects to support organizational goals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
- Work closely with department heads to gather relevant financial data and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Identify and analyze budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the impact of business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support various business scenarios.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

For this role, the base salary range is$85,000-$115,000. Total compensation also includes a competitive benefits package. A salary offer will be determined by several factors including experience, skill level, education, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all team members pay and compensation programs regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay.
