Position: National Product Manager (US Sales Company, RAC)

Reports to: National Marketing Manager, US Sales Company, RAC

Work Location: New Jersey

Position Overview

The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and growth within the trade segment of our business. This position will be responsible for managing product life cycle, writting and checking technical data. The Manager will collaborate closely with the marketing manager, the sales and other supporting teams to identify opportunities, execute initiatives, and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for product research and benchmarking, participate in the formulation of annual product planning, and write technical materials to ensure product advantages.
  • Be responsible for investigating new product laws and regulations, issuing new product requirements, docking new product information, and promoting the timely listing of new products.
  • Responsible for the tracking management of new products and the elimination of old models or platforms.
  • Strengthen communication with headquarters on product development to ensure that products are listed on time and in good quality.
  • Responsible for collecting industry information, competitive product trends and other information, and sharing the information regularly.
  • Responsible for the annual product line sales, SKU, proportion, function and other data feedback follow-up.
  • Responsible for providing corresponding data support for product functional direction in 1-3 years.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of trade initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Above 5 years’ proven experience in marketing, sales, customer service, at least 3 years in product manager role with HVAC industry background.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with channel/installer partners.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
