Position DescriptionThis is a full-time position supporting our refurbishment of medical equipment. Lead, direct, and supervise a small group of employees.
General warehouse support
Assist technicians as needed refurbishing medical equipment including disassembly, cleaning, sanding, painting, and assembly
General cleaning
Storing of materials
Packing and crating for outgoing shipments
Other duties as required
Installation of equipment
Periodic travel is required
Qualifications
Mechanically inclined
Ability to direct and supervise a small team
Strong desire to learn a new trade
Ability to follow safety processes and procedures
Must have valid driver's license
Must be capable of performing repetitive tasks and stand for long periods of time
Ability to work independently and without close supervision
Requires lifting up to 75 lbs.
High school degree or equivalent
Bonus Points If You Have
Plumbing, steam fitting, HVAC, and electrical experience
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical principles
Ability to read and utilize schematics, diagrams, technical manuals
Forklift certification
