Position: Business System Analyst
Location: Bellevue, WA(Local Only)

Job Description:
- At least 1-year relevant experience is required.
- Responsible for freight claims investigations and improvements.
- Experience in building, managing, and updating automated freight claims systems is a plus.
- Required to write, implement, and communicate new claims SOP which will impact large scale business units.
- Responsible for managing exceptions and creating follow-up with transportation providers.
- Experience managing relationships with carriers, especially with UPS, is required. Responsible for building, maintaining, and managing visibility tools and dashboards is required.
- Expected to produce large scale improvements on return of claims checks and identifying future opportunities within carrier contracts.
- Experience with claims processing. Specifically experience with processing parcel claims with UPS would be a bonus.
- Will mainly be supporting the transportation team, but will also work with other supply chain teams, retail teams, and consumer groups.
