PACU Professional Registered is responsible for providing age-appropriate, culturally, and ethnically sensitive care, maintaining a safe environment, educating patients and their families about healthy practices and treatment modalities, assuring continuity of care, coordinating the care across settings and among caregivers, managing information, communicating effectively, and utilizing technology Client Health System is a Level I Trauma Center. The PACU recovers all types of patients with the exception of 1)Hearts 2)Valves 3)Transplants. All travel nurse candidates MUST have: PACU background. At least two years' experience as an active RN in a PACU or similar role Previous experience of Travel assignment

Qualifications:

• A minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing is required
• A Bachelor's of Science in Nursing is strongly preferred
• Specific area of specialty previous experience preferred
• Current Georgia license as a Registered Professional Nurse required
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) healthcare provider card required
