The Implementation Analyst is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the implementation process and will work closely with Implementation Coordinators and other groups to successfully bring new clients live. This includes gathering requirements, managing deliverables, technical setup, testing, working with internal and external stakeholders and being the technical SME for the implementation process.

To be qualified for this position:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in technology (information exchange) and/or the healthcare environment

  • Have at least 2 years of experience managing complex implementations

  • Must have an in-depth understanding of the ANSI X12N format including: 837P, 837I, 835, 270/271, 276/277 and 278

  • Have experience gathering requirements: data, functional, business and technical

  • Have a thorough understanding of healthcare revenue cycle

  • With API experience

  • If you have experience with Submitters, Vendors and/or Receivers/Payers

  • If you are extremely organized and detail oriented

  • Have the ability to take complex concepts and simplify them

  • Have strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities

You will be:

  • Working closely with an Implementation Coordinator to exceed client expectation leading up to the go live of simple to moderately complex accounts

  • Involved in client calls/meetings to better understand technical configuration needs

  • Managing client timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced environment

  • Responsible for determining client configuration, conceptualizing the big picture and recommending the best solution our product can offer based on the client's needs

  • Analyzing test data to find root cause, trends and gaps to prepare the client for a successful go-live

  • Researching issues, testing theories, identifyingimpact and proposing short and long-term solutions

  • Responsible for working with development to gather requirements and test new features and enhancements
