We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a Back of House Team Member. As a member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with meal preparation and support the culinary team in delivering high-quality dishes to our customers.

Duties:
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent food quality
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, and fryers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with the front of house team to ensure timely order delivery
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Skills:
- Cook: Proficient in cooking techniques and familiar with various cooking methods
- Food Service: Experience working in a food service establishment, such as a restaurant or cafeteria
- Culinary: Basic knowledge of culinary principles and techniques
- Meal Preparation: Ability to assist with meal preparation tasks, including ingredient prep and assembly
- Kitchen: Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils used in food preparation
- Menu Planning: Knowledge of menu planning concepts and ability to contribute ideas for new dishes
