Job Description
We are looking for a preferably experienced medical receptionist to join our team. This position is full-time time and we are looking for someone who has prior experience in an urgent care or fast-paced medical office.

•As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk
•Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
•Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
•Provide accurate information to clients and visitors regarding company services
•manage calendars, verify, and be familiar with insurance.
•Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
