Are you an experienced family law attorney near Houston who desires to work REMOTE? Step into an impactful role as an Associate Attorney exclusively practicing family law with our growing firm. We are hiring TWO more motivated attorneys who are TRULY passionate about providing unwavering support to mothers & advocating for child-related matters. Our firm primarily, but does not exclusively, service mothers. Despite only marketing to women, we still service many fathers as clients. You will be hired to primarily assist with the firm’s Houston docket. This is a remote-friendly position with occasional travel to outside counties. Qualifications:
- 2-6 years practicing family law, showcasing a familiarity with Texas family law statutes & procedures.
- Genuine dedication and passion for family law, especially advocacy for mothers & children.
- Exceptional communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently & remotely while upholding the highest standards of professionalism & integrity
- Skillful in communicating with clients & expressing genuine compassion to mothers who feel/are in “crisis”
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus but not required
- Billable hour requirement of 1400 hours per year
- Support from multiple board-certified paralegals on staff
