SUMMARY

As a Full-Time Freelance Designer for our Women's outerwear collection, you will collaborate with the Creative Director to build our upcoming collection.

The ideal candidate is a highly creative individual who has a strong work ethic.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accountable for the entire design process from development to production.
• Responsible for trend research, inspiration, and sketching.
• Collaborate with the Design Director to create styles using our brand identity including choosing new fabrics and prints.
• Create and update TP’s for new and existing styles.
• Follow the time and action calendar and request samples.
• Update weekly line-sheet reports with all new and requested styles. 
• Ensure products meet our price point, tell a strong story and are on brand. 
• Creating and developing new product trims.

SKILLS:

• Bachelor degree (B.A) from a college or university, Major in Design.
• 3 years of design experience, preferable in women’s outerwear.
• Knowledge of outerwear fabrication and construction. 
• High level of creativity, design, a strong sense of color and taste level.
• Working Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Time management and organization, can multitask. 
• Ability to present in front of an audience

DETAILS:

Pay: $20 - $50 / hour

Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid (Freelance)
