Help facilitate training on the Daily Management System and Kaizen philosophy.
Actively participate in the Daily Management System and assist with Kaizen idea generation and engagement.
Track and follow up on submitted Kaizen ideas throughout the facility.
Actively participate in daily 5S activities and audits.
Participate in engagement activities.
Actively participate in staffing and scheduling activities.
Be a collaborative partner and actively communicate with all departments within the facility.
Ensure compliance with company’s quality policies, values and philosophies.
Adhere to Quality philosophies and policies.
Drive safety culture and promote safety as a personal value.
Comply with all national, local, and Company policies and regulations.
All other duties as assigned.
Education And Experience
Minimum of one year or equivalent in an accredited college pursuing a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
Minimum cumulative GPA average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Previous work experience preferred
Highly experienced in Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Ability to use of data-based decision making and problem solving
Ability to plan and prioritize work activities
Must be able to function well in a team environment
Ability to build positive relationships
Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
Computer literacy to include Windows applications and Microsoft Office Suite
