Duties And Responsibilities

• Help facilitate training on the Daily Management System and Kaizen philosophy.
• Actively participate in the Daily Management System and assist with Kaizen idea generation and engagement.
• Track and follow up on submitted Kaizen ideas throughout the facility.
• Actively participate in daily 5S activities and audits.
• Participate in engagement activities.
• Actively participate in staffing and scheduling activities.
• Be a collaborative partner and actively communicate with all departments within the facility.
• Ensure compliance with company’s quality policies, values and philosophies.
• Adhere to Quality philosophies and policies.
• Drive safety culture and promote safety as a personal value.
• Comply with all national, local, and Company policies and regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.

Education And Experience

• Minimum of one year or equivalent in an accredited college pursuing a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
• Minimum cumulative GPA average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
• Previous work experience preferred
• Highly experienced in Microsoft Office suite

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Ability to use of data-based decision making and problem solving
• Ability to plan and prioritize work activities
• Must be able to function well in a team environment
• Ability to build positive relationships
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Computer literacy to include Windows applications and Microsoft Office Suite
