*Description:*

The Program Management Transformation Office PMTO Program Manager will be responsible for establishing structure driving results and reporting status across the Production Technology Prod Tech AI portfolio. The Prod Tech AI portfolio is composed of AI initiatives in early Discovery POC etc. and late-stage delivery Development Launch etc.. The Program Manager will:

Help to establish portfolio frameworks intake prioritization benefit realization key deliverables/templates

Project manage AI initiatives from initiation to deployment.

The Program Manager will work w/ a PMTO VP to successfully manage and complete project deliverables. The Program Manager will support the Prod Tech team in driving projects on a day-to-day basis.

Other Skills/Nice to Haves:

Strong Excel skills analytics pivot tables formulas etc

2 years of experience in a Major Consulting firm is strongly preferred.

Thorough understanding and practical application of agile/waterfall methodology

Proven success in establishing structure and governance around complex multifaceted initiatives.

Possess strong leadership diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up across and down multiple business and technology organizations.

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork innovation and excellence.

Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility solve problems build consensus and achieve objectives.

Excellent leadership communication written verbal and presentation and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated decisive with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.

Ability to drive consistency across the Project Portfolio

Experience with ServiceNow Asana MS Project Excel Word and PowerPoint
