Position-Registered Nurse Unit Manager
Contract:-9 weeks
Guarantee:-40hours
Shift:-8am- 4:30pm
Pay Rate:-$60/hr to $65/hr
Location- Piscataway, NJ
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is a leadership role that requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Duties:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff
- Develop and implement nursing care plans
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff
- Manage staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage
- Assist with hiring, training, and mentoring new nurses
- Administer medications and treatments as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records
