- Collaborate with the Regional Director to formulate and manage annual budgets for the community.
- Maintain adherence to the budget guidelines throughout the year and respond appropriately to monthly variances.
- Guide the team in adhering to procedures and guidelines using personal leadership and performance reviews in Paylocity.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of lead lease response policies, application requirements, and screening processes for a successful leasing effort following all community and company guidelines and policies.
- Collaborate closely with the Service Manager to monitor and schedule maintenance activities and expense control as per policy.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 1 years of supervisory responsibility or previous Assistant Community Manager experience required.
- 3 years of property management experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of resident and eviction laws and computerized property management software, preferably YARDI, preferred.
- Communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to delegate and problem-solve issues.
- CAM certification preferred.
- Pass criminal background screening prior to employment.
