Avanti Windows & Doors is currently seeking to fill the following position(s):

· Window & Door Installer Lead

· Train in El Mirage job site in Mesa

Compensation:

Responsibilities and Duties

· Installing Avanti window and door products into newly constructed homes

· Properly executing designated flashing and install methods

· Effectively communicating field issues and areas of improvement

· Helping and supporting team members

· Following company safety guidelines at all times

Qualifications and Skills

· Must be able to train in El Mirage

· Relocate to Mesa, AZ

· Residential construction knowledge, trim carpentry a plus

· Extreme attention to detail

· Window experience is a must

· Ability to use cordless drivers, levels, and nail guns

· Ability to safely climb a ladder

· Ability to follow OSHA fall protection procedures

· Ability to lift up to 100 lbs several times per day

· Ability to lead and motivate team members

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Ability to embrace, improve, and more importantly enjoy the opportunity to grow with a rapidly growing company

· Ability to communicate professionally and manage customer expectations

· Punctual and reliable

· Clean driving record and MVR a required
