In this role, you will provide comprehensive litigation support to their attorneys.

Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with case preparation.
- File pleadings and other court documents with state and federal courts in accordance with relevant rules.
- Schedule and manage depositions, mediations, and other litigation events.
- Maintain and manage attorney calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely communication.
- Perform other duties as assigned by attorneys and supervisors.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and legal research databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
- Hybrid work model: Opportunity to work remotely 2 days per week after initial training period.
