What You'll Do
- Work directly with clients
- Prepare discovery and motions
- Manage and organize case files
- Index client documents
- Assist with e-discovery
- Other litigation-related tasks as assigned
- 3 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting
- Experience with construction and/or premise liability is preferred
- Must be comfortable tracking billable hours
- Excellent computer and communication skills
- E-discovery experience required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Paralegal certification preferred
