Our client provides a broad selection of personal insurance options to our clients.

This position requires an individual who is comfortable working at a varying pace, addressing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, adjusting priorities often, and managing frequent interruptions.
In our highly collaborative environment, a commitment to teamwork and effective communication is essential. This means that the desired candidate will be able to clearly communicate both internally with our team and externally with our clients and carriers.

Key Responsibilities
- Client communication & follow-up.
- Policy changes to auto/home/jewelry/kid’s licensing/claims/etc.
- Managing endorsements.
- Log new policies written by producers in the system. Help support producers sales lifecycle.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- People focused.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty in CT. Some existing P & C knowledge.
- Desire to help problem solve.
- Able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Detail oriented.
- Attention to follow-through.
- Bachelor’s Degree is a plus but not required
