Preferred Experience: 3-6 years

Required Skills:

1. Proficiency in Swift:

• Strong understanding of Swift programming language.
•  Familiarity with Swift 5 and its features.

2. iOS Frameworks:

• Experience with iOS frameworks such as Ueki, Core Data, Core Animation, Core Location, and others.
• Knowledge of new frameworks introduced in recent iOS versions.

3. UI/UX Design Principles:

• Understanding of design principles, interface guidelines, and best practices for iOS.
• Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

4. Networking:

• Knowledge of networking protocols and experience with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to backend services.
• Familiarity with networking libraries like Alamo fire.

5. Concurrency and multithreading:

• Understanding of Grand Central Dispatch (GCD) and operation queues for managing concurrency and multithreading in iOS apps.

6. Core Data:

• Experience with Core Data for data persistence and management.
• Knowledge of other data storage options like User Defaults, Keychain, and File Manager.

7. Testing:

• Proficiency in writing unit tests, UI tests, and automated tests using the XCTest framework.
• Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) practices.

8. Version Control:

• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Understanding of branching, merging, and pull request workflows.

9. Performance Optimization:

• Ability to profile and optimize applications for performance, memory usage, and battery consumption.
• Familiarity with instruments and other debugging tools.

10. Third-Party Libraries:

• Experience with integrating third-party libraries and APIs using Cocoa Pods, Carthage, or Swift Package Manager.

11. Agile Methodologies:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Ability to participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

12. App Store Deployment:

• Knowledge of the app submission process, provisioning profiles, and certificates required for deploying apps to the App Store.
• Familiarity with TestFlight for beta testing.

• Responsibilities:

1. App Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

2. Code Quality:

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

3. UI/UX Implementation:

• Implement user interfaces based on design specifications.
• Ensure that the application provides a seamless user experience across different iOS devices and versions.

4. Debugging and Troubleshooting:

• Identify and resolve application issues and bugs.
• Use debugging tools and techniques to analyze crash reports and improve app stability.

5. Performance Optimization:

• Optimize applications for performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency.
• Continuously monitor and improve application performance.

6. Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality products.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and collaborative problem-solving.

7. Testing:

• Write and maintain unit tests, UI tests, and integration tests.
• Ensure high test coverage and follow test-driven development (TDD) practices.

8. Documentation:

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including API documentation and user guides.
• Document code changes and system architecture.

9. Continuous Learning:

• Stay updated with the latest developments in the iOS ecosystem.
• Continuously learn new tools, libraries, and best practices to improve development efficiency.

10. App Store Management:

• Manage the app submission process, including creating and managing provisioning profiles and certificates.
• Handle app updates and monitor app reviews and user feedback.
